Refund policy

Customer Satisfaction -Customer Satisfaction -Our policy allows you to return your item if you're not satisfied within 5 business days from date of delivery.

**Our Heat Press Machines are NOT eligible for our customer satisfaction/return.**

You must contact us within 3 business days to let us know you wish to return your item if not satisfied & if item is damaged upon receipt  using our Contact Us Form located at the bottom right hand corner of every page. Our Heat Press Machines are not eligible for our customer service satisfaction/return. We will provide you with the correct return address. Your item must be returned to us on or before 10 days from date of delivery and you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Upon receipt of your item a Refund for the cost of item only will be issued and may take up to within 7-10 business days. The Returned Item must not show any damage!  

Product Arrives Damaged- If your item arrives and it is damaged you must contact us within 3 business days from the date your item is confirmed delivered. You must use our Contact us form which is located on our store and we will provide you with a return label. We do require photos of the package & damaged item  before processing a full refund.

Wrong item received- If the item that you received is not the item that you ordered then you must contact us via our Contact Us form and we will provide you with a return label. You have 3 business days from the date your item is confirmed delivered. 
We require that you provide pictures of your package & the item that was received in addition you must return the item for a full refund. We will provide you with a shipping label via email and once received a full refund will be processed.

Refund Time frame- Refunds will be issued upon return of your item or receipt of requested information for items delivered damaged. Our processing timeframe is within 7-10 business days and will be processed only to the same form of payment used at the time of purchase.

**(depending on your bank it may take several days for your bank to process the refund once they receive it from us)
