Return Policy-We strive for customer satisfaction if you are not satisfied with your item you have 3 days from the date of delivery to contact us and inform us of your return so we can provide a correct return address. Your item must be returned within 15 days with no signs of wear or damage for a refund. Our Heat Press Machines are not eligible for our customer satisfaction return.
Cancellations-Once you have completed your order with payment we are unable to cancel your order.
Shipping-In order to provide our customers Wholesale prices and Free shipping we ship use standard shipping. The majority of our items will ship between 3-10 days! Our custom products can range from 7 -45 days delivery time frame depending on the item.
